Mission; Defeat Poochyena!

As the team proceed through the bush, they can make out a roughly beaten path continuing on and ending in a clearing. As they proceed toward the clearing, two small saplings on each end jump up and block the way. Now revealed to be twin Bonsly, the Pokémon glare down at Egon and Anna. "No way you're getting through to our boss! You'll have to fight through us first!" It seemed that Egon and Anna would have to fight both Pokémon at the same time to get past to the Poocheyena.

Egon and Anna weren't scared of the little rock-trees; in fact, they were immensely helpful. Why? Well, they had just given away the location of the team's target. "Fight, eh?" asked Anna, continuing "Well... WE ACCEPT!" She yelled with a Growl, attempting to scare her foes. She then Embered one of them. Egon followed up with a pair of Thundershocks on the one they had just attacked, ready to rush one foe before decimating the other.

Anna starts by Growling angrily at her two new foes, who back up anxiously for a moment. One of them takes the moment to break out into Tears, forcing Anna to hesitate in her attack. This is okay, because her Ember wouldn't have worked anyway: she doesn't learn Ember for another 5 levels. Egon, who is less moved by the display than Anna, strikes the crying Bonsly with a Thundershock. The Bonsly quickly reveals to have been Faking it, as he immediately stops crying and grins maliciously. Glowing for just a moment, he Copycats the Thundershock and uses it on Anna, dealing a nice hit. Egon fires another Thundershock, but the second Bonsly springs into action, also Copycating the move to cancel out Egon's.

The two Bonsly expended large amounts of energy with those Copycats. Bonsly 1 took a nice hit but is otherwise fine.

Anna took a Thundershock to the face, tipping her below 1/2 health after the previous battle, but used up little energy. Egon spent a large amount of energy and is into his second quarter there. Took no damage.
